Only pastoral approved events will be granted facilities usage. We strive to support all the ministries of the church however, ministries who support the weekend experience and those who meet on a regular basis will be given the highest priority. To allow proper time for review, request are to be submitted two weeks prior to the date of the event. The person requesting the facilities usage will be held responsible for the lights, heating and air conditioning, cleaning and security at the time of use. A check-in and check-out sheet is located at the entrance door to each room. It must be filled out and left in the room at the end of the event. Remember to “Leave it better than you found it”.
